Coil Coatings - For Bakeware

Coil Coating is a process of coating large rolls of flat metal with a nonstick coating in a very efficient manner.  After the metal is coated and cured, it is re-rolled and shipped to a manufacturer, who will typically stamp out metal bakeware from the coil.

Coatings designed for use with coil coating are somewhat similar to those used in roller coating, in that flexibility is a significant technical requirement (because of the post-forming deep drawing process.)

GMM offers single and two coat “internally reinforced” systems for coil coating applications.
